Keep in mind that the inviter CC is been paid from the treasure chest link . So the cp's and the nations where the company's are builded need to look after it. If your cp/congress dont look after it the company owners will find a better nation to put there company's. So active nation with active congress and the best tax deals will attract new company owners.

If your nation has a impeachement at the moment we dont send the password. Let the new CP ask the password by one of the SGO's

Also you can ask a SGO to replace a MU (Military Unit) leader with a ORG. But be aware when a ORG becomes leader of the mu. All the company's and the MU will belong to the National Org and can only be bought back for a fair price!
