The Stock companies priorities:

1) Restructure current factories (upgrade, move to other regions with higher populations),

2) Make profits in Products and Monetary markets,

3) On a daily basis regulate and attract workers into factories,

4) Pay small dividends, and when the growth will be stable, profits will be substantial: increase dividend payments.

Overall goal: Increase Return of Investments for those people who invested into Stock company (the shareholders).
