Hello o/

So here we are, nearly two weeks into server's lifetime. Some people built their fortunes already, having lots of golds, factories, equips or other valuables. Others sadly already left the game, as the players population dropped to 3199 people (as the article publishing time). When it comes to economic activity and overall players' activity, normally the beginning of the server is being extra active (business, wars, trade, markets, CC.... etc etc), and later on the server slows down: this is normal cycle of any game I suppose, not only e-sim.

Those who know they business cycles of e-sim can use them wisely to their advantage and make abnormal amounts of Golds. On the other hand some ecnonomic stats are "not showing the full picture", as some countries are well organised, with very powerful military, but most people are working for 1 CC, and markets are dead. So just my advice: always look into stats as this is just one side of the coin.

In this article:

1) The overview of Luna's economic development,
2) Big countries falling, what are the economic benefits of conquering big country?
3) Interview with E-EXPERT CEO and creator berroni

1) The overview of Luna's economic development,

The picture shows that two big countries: Turkey and Mexico, are on the top of table when it comes to productivity. But what is that actually means? This is far from the idea that that shows the power of the country, or the potential of the country. Yes many products are being produced there, and factories are being very busy in those regions. But for example Turkey at the moment is at war with Bulgaria and Greece (losing the regions). On the other hand Mexico is expanding their territories, having 77 regions under their control, as we speak. Basically from the beginning of any server of e-sim, the early productivity number shows early economic activity in that country - and if you remember Turkey had the highest population from the start. That was the reason many factories got many people working for them. so huge amounts of production were created. Also to mention: the markets working actively in such case, and people are trying create business, so making factories etc. But as we can see, all this economic activity is worthless without great leadership and strong military (Turkey might get wiped soon).

2) Big countries falling, what are the economic benefits of conquering big country?

As I mentioned in my earlier article Poland had some problems from the very start of the server. So there is no surprise that the country is being occupied by Germany / Hungary / Czech Rep. Two main reasons why these countries were in a hurry to occupy POL: 1) The weak start of such well populated country, 2) POL having huge player population, the lands are very profitable, so whoever conquers them, is getting huge profits into the Treasury. For example region Swinoujscie is high iron region, currently occupied by Germany. This region has 40 factories, Q1-Q5, the total worth of this region alone is 4350 Golds. So imagine the daily production it brings, and what taxes can be collected by Germany Org every time someone works in that region. Ofc some people work for 1 CC, and this brings the tax collection amount down, but when server started some people created factories in Poland, thinking that the profits will be very high in this country.

3) Interview with E-EXPERT CEO and creator berroni

Stock companies are being made mainly for few reasons: 1) to unite the factories and that way run the whole business aside from personal account, 2) To attract some capital from the investors, and expand factories (the main purpose of Stock Company), so the CEO can work with more capital, and investors can expect dividend payments and their invested capital gains (rise of the share price) 3) Servers with NPC that way are producing the products, as the Orgs cannot use NPC (not applicable to this server, Luna is without NPC).
So today I interviewed one of the Luna's CEO berroni who created E-EXPERT .

1) How long do you play e-sim already? What is your favourite server? (and why).
I play e-Sim for something like 2-3 years, and I don't have a favourite server as I play only temporary ones. Reason for that is pretty simple, I consider permanent servers boring. It's all about wars, MU's and similar stuff so as I've managed to notice, there is no much economy on the permanent servers.

2) What is the vision of your SC? (the main goal),
As I've mentioned in "E-EXPERT" announcement article , we have 3 goals. If I have to choose one goal between these 3, I would definitely choose PM Domination.

3) How do you react when countries' economic situations are changing in this server? (Poland being conquered, Turkey being deleted too, few of biggest countries of this server, in terms of populations).
If I lost currency it's logical I feel bad, but, when I manage to notice that some country is going to be deleted - I can make a lot of profit, so my answer to this question will be pretty simple: "It depends on my gains and losses".

4) you keep expanding very fast so far. Do you plan to do so in near future? What would you prefer: the fast growth of your factories and production? or growth of dividends paid?
The fast growth of our factories and production as we'll make much more products to sell, and with more products dividends are higher. As you can see on our SC main page, we pay 25% of product sales dividends to our shareholders each night.

5) As in most cases, the early investors have the most benefits when it comes to successful investing. But what can you say to those people who still want to invest now in your sc, or will invest in the future?
They can invest whenever they want to as we don't plan to stop growing after a certain point/goal is reached, we'll just keep going up to the throne.

6) What are the benefits of this particular server? (production? supply/demand? fast battles etc?) And how this influencing your business?
One of the biggest benefits I'll take into consideration now is fast battles. With fast battles, people always need supply and our SC is currently producing Q5 food, grain, iron, q1 wep, iron #2. We've already taken this as our easy start-up gold, and we are planning to start producing Diamonds-Gifts and Tickets. You can say that's our next goal.

7) The server "will live" for 120 days, how do you see your SC in day60? or on day 100? And what are your plans with SC when the server will be finishing?
Honestly, I can't see the future but I am sure we'll still be raising. My SC haven't discussed the way we'll end, as it's still too early to think about that.

PS: E-sim is not only about wars, battles, nice equips etc: it also has this other side - business. About 6 years ago this exact aspect attracted me to play this game. For some time, all I was doing just developing my own factories, later created first Stock company (Ltd Corporation). When all business was growing I understood, that wars, battles, region control, taxation and all the rest were influencing my business, so I had no choice but put pressure on the Governments back then, and later I decided to join the Governments myself, so I can make important decisions etc. Back in the days e-sim was very different: played by 20 000 active people (daily), there were only 2 servers: Primera and Secura. No NPCs or any other artificial demand/ supply creating tools. I am glad to see people who are still trading (Discord, Irc), who are still creating businesses, or taking care of their countries well (MM, taxation, markets etc..). On the other hand, I see huge decline in countries who are actually ruinning their economies for majority of people: not the minority who are "friends" or being in their MU.... I am wishing best of luck for those who like economy, and who are being active in that field!

Thanks for Votes o/ Ladies and Gentlemen

About the game:

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.

In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

"E-Sim is one of the most unique browser games out there"

Become an influential politician.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.

The international war.

The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).

At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.

E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
